Black Velvet Hoodie with Star Appliqués and Long Fringe

This black hoodie has a hooded neckline, long sleeves and a relaxed shape. Blue star appliqués are arranged across the front and sleeves, with small decorative accents around selected stars. Long turquoise fringe falls from the hood and continues along the sides and lower back. A front kangaroo pocket, hood drawstrings, ribbed cuffs and a ribbed hem complete the design.
