Women's Slouchy Knee-High Boots With Buckled Straps

These boots have a tall knee-high shaft with a deliberately gathered, slouchy shape around the lower leg. A narrow strap wraps around the upper shaft and is finished with a small rectangular buckle. The pointed toe extends into a low, flat sole, and the clean upper has minimal visible decoration apart from the strap detail. They are shown styled with a skirt and can be worn with dresses, skirts or slim trousers.
